I decided to try Purplebricks as they were new on the market and I wanted to try something different. Weren't they ever! My agent Aaron came around and gave me a very thorough briefing on my area. We came up with a highball figure that I didn't think we would achieve it but Aaron was confident that we would. My house went on the market and not too much later an offer came through. After some to and fro an offer was accepted. It was very close to the original price and I was happily surprised.
