The sale of our property was a pleasure from beginning to conclusion, helped along the way by Kim's professionalism and knowledge. She was always there to answer question's and guide us with pricing and marketing strategies, she was very adept at negotiations The property was under contract within a week of being marketed. Easy to deal with courteous, listens to needs. Everything that was asked of her was achieved with a minimum of fuss. Advertising and photos were excellent and achieved a quick successful sale. Why pay 3 or 4 percent commission when the same or better results can be achieved with 1.5 percent commission saving thousands. We would recommend Kim to future sellers.
