Once again over all good, but lacked in areas promised as in, no Facebook/social media as promised and would have thought this would had been a give me especially with the open houses and general marketing, so bit disappointed there, in saying that not saying it wasn’t there but if if was, it was not noticed by myself, family or friends

We chose Matt and One Percent to sell our home and are glad we did. Matt and his partner treated us with respect and were always very helpful with any questions we had. He came into our home and assisted in the preparation for the open house inspections. I believe this was the first sale in Bundaberg but it definitely will not be the last. The house sold in a couple of weeks and Matt kept us well informed at all times. The fees are more than reasonable, and far less than other agents. If we decide to sell or purchase property in Bundaberg in the future, we will only choose the One Percent team. I highly recommend Matt and Rhi from One Percent and wish him and Rhi well in the future.
