Aaron was easy to deal with, always happy to take our calls & reply to our questions, while only calling us when necessary. He even went out of his way to go back to the property we were buying to take some measurements we needed before moving into the property.

We had an agent who did not believe in the property. Stuart came and saw the property and was very confident that we could get the deal we were after. His team made some professional pictures that increased interest in our property, and soon we had several offers to choose from.

Stuart and his team including Jess understand the keys to successful selling and are both realistic and genuine in pre-sale evaluations based on sound local market knowledge. As for marketing and open homes, this is the best sales team around. We were helped to save money on commission whilst still selling above asking price in a very tight time frame. You can't go wrong with one percent!
