Fantastic Buying Experience

Pleasantly Surprised
I always thought it was safe to go with the BIG agency groups, however decided to give OnePercent a go, especially given the 1% comms ! David, was onboard from the get go and constantly updated me with the progress of the sale to achieve the desired outcome within the first 2 open homes ! All processes were professionally handled and managed.

Excellent agent with great personal skills
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Claire. From the first initial phone call, to me viewing the property, and to signing of contracts, Claire was extremely pleasant and helpful. All Done Quickly
Working with the once percent guys on line was simple and painless. Selling a well presented house is always easier and less hassle. Don't waste money on expensive agents when you do most of the work anyway preparing the house for sale.
