During the whole negotiation process and even through a contract crash and new contract signature for the same property, David Sullivan was always helping the deal progress. Even though agents work for sellers, he still came across as really helping us (buyers).

I found Stuart to be understanding, polite and Professional in my experience with my sale. Stuart gave a good estimate and his charge wasn’t to expensive, something buyers don’t need especially if they are selling the house due to financial reasons. Very happy with the service.

Aaron has made the selling of our property very easy. We always knew what was happening, he always gave us real information and expectations and received a price above asking - what more could we ask for - I highly recommend Aaron and the team at One Percent Property

Excellent market knowledge, openly communicated this knowledge and answered all questions honestly and professionally. We felt relaxed from the outset with David's fun, engaging personality. Leading up to our decision to put our property on the market, we engaged a lot of agents and had lots of meetings and conversations with agents. We found David and his team the best fit for us. What attracted us was the quick rapport and trust the team built with us as sellers. It's a very unique and genuine process they take you through and it certainly makes the stress of selling so much easier to cope with when the agent is genuine, upfront and caring. We would certainly recommend this Agent to anyone.
