Unfortunately the only time I dealt with Stuart was the initial appraisal. The rest of the process was handled by Roxanne Beale. To be honest I didn't feel as though One percent were looking for the best deal for me, only a quick sale. Initially the price suggested for sale of my home was great and exactly what we were after but we ended up falling short. And would have been a lot less if I hadn't have stood my ground on the sale price. After not a lot of interest in the first couple of months I was advised to drop the price well below the current listed price. If I had have taken this advice we would have fallen well below what I was after. There were a couple of other times where it was just obvious that One percent were only looking out for what was best for the buyer. Stuart was really good to deal with for initial appraisal and Roxy seemed like a very nice lady and communication was quite good but it was quite evident that given the price of my home One percent only wanted a quick sale.
