Right from our first meeting with Aaron Lau, we felt like we were working as a team. He went over our house with a fine-toothed comb and made heaps of suggestions to bring it up to its absolute best. We then acted on those suggestions and our house looked the best it has ever looked when it went on the market. He went the extra mile from the beginning (e.g. a huge tree branch had broken from a big tree in the backyard on his first visit, and he offered to help us move it). If we had any queries, we would text him and he would call us back promptly and talk us through whatever we were grappling with, providing reassurance, realism and confidence in the process. He always responded to our questions and concerns, even from his sickbed. Aaron also made us feel like we were all working together as a team, we all had a role to play and we all worked together, so a level of trust developed between us. There was a great feeling of camaraderie that's quite rare in our experience. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling or buying a house. His expertise, pragmatic help and respectful communication are real assets in what is sometimes a 'cloak and mirrors' industry like real estate. What you see is what you get with Aaron.
