Normally you wouldn’t expect that a selling agent would go so out of their way to help a buyer as much as David did for me. He was confident in my purchase and helped ease a very tense period by reassuring both me and the seller that everything would be fine. He is energetic, fun and kind. Upon looking to sell our property a friend mentioned her son had sold with One percent and was very happy. Phoned Stuart who promptly came and gave us a price range which was better than that given by other branded agents we had spoken to already. Stuart and the team provided excellent service for the sale of our recent property, keeping us regularly updated on progress of marketing, inspections, etc. Roxy did our open house and arranged our contract of sale and did a fantastic job.
