Michael gave a no fuss market strategy, no bells and whistles like other agents tried to get us to do, we knew the property did not need it to sell. Had 2 home opens, multiple offers, final offer was not subject to conditions occurred within 2 weeks of property being listed for sale and was a quick settlement of 30 days. Was an easy no fuss transaction for both parties. Michael got back to you within a reasonable time frame. Helped with a few items in regards to the property not related to the sale and was happy to do so.
