We recently used Michael and the team at One Residential to sell our home in Palmyra. This is the third transaction with Michael as far as buying and selling property in Palmyra, and we cannot recommend him enough for any property in the Palmyra/Bicton area. His local knowledge and presence far outweighs any other agent in the area (in our opinion). On 2 sales for us, and 1 purchase, Michael went above and beyond to get the price we were asking in all instances, which we feel worked for both buyer and seller, as all were fair and reasonable market prices. Selling my unit was a new and intimidating experience for me, and I am so grateful to Michael for guiding me through the process and making it easy and stress free for me. Importantly, I am grateful for his honesty and clear communication throughout the process. I was concerned going into signing up with an agent that perhaps I wouldn't be prioritised as a client due to the value of my unit compared to the other homes in the area, however I never felt that this was an issue or affected the level of service that I received.
