A very pleasing and rewarding experience
Ash is a person who is willing to help you through the process in any way he can. Nothing is too small or large that he will answer or do for you. He is always available to speak with you, and can usually answer your questions at once from his wide knowledge of his profession.

Goes above and beyond
Ash was great to work with there was never any pressure and before signing the offer he went to the unit and got up in the roof to make sure there was installation for my piece of mind (this was at 5pm!) as a first home buyer Ash ensured the process was explain properly and made as easy as possible for me

Gone in a flash!
Selling our home of 42 years was very emotional for the whole family. Ash did not only look at the house but listened to our story and understood how difficult it was for us to sell. He advised us on how to best prepare the house for sale, checked in to ensure everything was prepared, advised us of the timings of the photographer and each home open. He tool a holistic and supportive approach to the sale that was unexpected and very much appreciated. Our home of 42 years was sold after just two home opens which helped immensely. I would not hesitate to recommend Ash.

Great Agent

From the day I decided to sell I involved Ashley. He was a perfect gentleman, helpful, not pushy. Gave lots of friendly practical advice and kept reassuring me when I had my moments of doubt concerning my decision. Mine was definitely not your standard 4x4 house...I thought no one would want to buy it. Anyway, it sold in the end, and Ash played a big part in the successful sale! I highly recommend him!

Could not recommend Ash enough.
Ash sold one side of a duplex half for me, i had moved from WA to London during COVID and due to new ex-pat tax rules i needed to get rid of the property quickly. He managed to get around 20K more then i had expected and 30k more then what other real estate agents in the area wanted to list it for. Not only did he over achieve on the asking price but it was sold in 10 days .. with a number of offers coming in. He had a genuine interest it getting the best deal for me and not just turning the property over for his cut (which seemed to be the play of some other estate agents in the area i had spoken to) .. even vetting some of the buyers for me to ensure the sale went through with out any issues. Due to being in lockdown in london he managed basically every aspect of the sale on my behalf, even dropping into the house regular to ensure everything was fine with the house. When i sell the second half of the duplex (or any other houses in perth for that matter) it will most certainly get managed by him again. I could not recommend his service any higher.
