Right from the start the was a clear distinction in the way Peter communicated. The communication was open and clear. Peter was honest in suggesting the value of our property and clear in how he had done so. The commission, the contract, the advertising fees etc. were clearly laid out. Peter made the process simple, and his openness and honesty made the decision to list with him simple. He is very knowledgeable and understood the area (and is local to it which we felt was really important), and also understood the potential buyers well. Our property sold within a week and significantly above our asking price. Every aspect was managed perfectly. We highly recommend Peter.
