I would have to say that Rob Bloxham is a real gentleman who takes his job very seriously. It took nigh on 8 months to sell and Rob was always there for Roslyn and I with the latest news on how the sale was going . He would go out of his way to help us when the occasion arose - I would have to say that due to seeing him so often he became a friend of the family and now the house is sold and we are settled into our new home. The three of us will miss his visits and friendliness

Mark’s attention to detail and leadership made the sale of my house a breeze, when I signed up with Mark he laid out the reality of the market and what to expect from buyers. He gave advice on getting my house ready for sale and to improve buyer interest. He is very organised and fielded questions from both me and the other owner, who now lives in the UK. We were always kept informed of the next steps and what we needed to do involving paperwork, finances, and staging the house. He’s a problem solver and was always available to give advice when we had issues dealing with Keystart or the settlement agent. I highly recommend Mark and the O’Neill property group team, they are all very professional and easy to deal with.
