Mark appraised our property and in conversation we mentioned to Mark we wanted the property to be marketed in such a way as to sell fairly quickly. Mark quoted a figure which we agreed with to sell the property and he definitely knew our local market because on the first home-open we had three offers, one of which was the asking price we were seeking. The value of choosing a local agent with local knowledge and expertise. What for many people is one of the most stressful undertakings of their lives, for us turned out to be a walk in the park.
