Mark dealt with a difficult situation when selling our home, my partner and I are separated and I have moved to Scotland. So other than just chasing us up and being the point of contact between us, he also had to deal with the time difference. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our many questions and always had a solution to whatever problem came up.
