I am located in NSW and was wanting to sell my property in WA. Con was recommended to me by word of mouth. I found Con to be very knowledgeable and helpful in the preparation and selling of my property. Con advised what he felt needed to be done to freshen up the property for sale and he also arranged it all on my behalf. Result....the property was on the market for 2 days and was sold at the open house. Con also recommended a conveyancing company as the rules in WA are very different to NSW. Should you require a trustworthy Real Agent .....that is a phrase not usually associated with Real Agents........I would highly recommend Con Mathews of O'Neil Real Estate.
