I chose robert bloxham as he had quite a few homes around my area.. i was amazed how down to earth and straight forward he was to deal with the whole process . Mark kept us informed through the whole process. We required a quick sale as we had committed to purchasing elsewhere. Mark helped us achieve this, the original offer we had on our property unfortunately didn't proceed but Mark had already put things into place and we had another offer on our house straight away. Mark and his team were excellent throughout the whole process and we would use him again the next time we sell.

This is the second house Mark has sold for us. Both times he was able to obtain the asking price. In this market it is unheard of! We were kept fully informed at all times with any activity on the property. Whenever i had a question Mark was available every time, no voice mails and days of waiting for a return call. There were buyers with some hurdles but the process from beginning to end was still very smooth. Being a busy working couple with children this was super important to us. I would highly recommend Mark, not just to list your property but to SELL it.

In a tough market and over a holiday period Con managed to get our property sold within a couple of months. He is a wealth of knowledge on housing trends, area pricing and a very happy go lucky guy. Con was very helpful informing us of what we needed to work on to improve the possibility of a sale and he obviously knows his stuff because it worked. Con managed to achieve a few k above our asking price and we were over the moon. As first time sellers we would've liked contact to be initiated by Con and kept up to date. I realise in the market and due to the time of the year not much was happening but it would've been nice for a call just to keep in contact and stay in touch.
