The area in which our property is located is well serviced by a number of agencies so we spent some time in selecting an agent we thought would be best placed to achieve a sale. Mark impressed us from our first contact with his positive attitude and realistic appraisal. We met to negotiate a marketing plan and were very please with the result which included a short video that achieved thousands of views within a couple of weeks. Prior to the first home open Mark had already shown the property to a number of prospective buyers. Even before the home open had occurred Mark secured an offer at our full asking price which we accepted without hesitation. We had done our part in ensuring the property was well presented and agreed to a realistic asking price in the current market conditions however it was Mark's personable presentation and positive enthusiasm that resulted in the sale. The offer went unconditional within two weeks and settlement was brought forward by mutual agreement. The result? Property sold and settled within eight weeks of our first meeting with Mark.
