I cannot recommend Mark highly enough...in my experience he is, unlike alot of other agents that I have dealt with in the past, down to earth, honest & doesn’t BS with the bonus of getting an exceptional price for my place. Mark is also patient & not pushy because I ummed & ahhhed for at least 12 months before biting the bullet & actually put it up for sale...never once did he pressure me...he just waited 🙂 His assistant Calvin is also a gem in that he is very supportive & accommodating.

We have sold a few properties previously around the country and we like Ash's team-based approach to our sale! As a vendor in the course of a sale, there are always crunch times where we feel the need to be updated about how things are progressing. This is where Ash's team-based approach works - someone will be on top of things and ready to offer an answer! We also like Ash's overall approach to managing our sale, and in particular managing buyer offers.
