I chose Ash to market my property as he was the highest selling agent in Armadale and once we started interacting, it was clear why Ash is number 1. He came out to the property and gave me advice as to what I needed to do to make the property more marketable and achieve a top sale result. Once done, Ash’s team came out and took a video of the property, not one of those app manufactured videos or photo collages that many other agents put together, but a real walk though of the property with Ash on screen, narrating the tour and highlighting key areas. Ash had interested clients and was able to generate interest before my property hit the market, resulting in great offers and a sale price well above what I could have hoped for Ash.
