Professional, Approachable and a very Reliable agent.
Upon my first meeting with Ash I found him to be very genuine and approachable. His market knowledge was on point. Communication through WhatsApp was consistent every week as promised. Ash and the team guided me through the process step by step. Although it took longer to sell than I expected, Ash always kept calm and did not push the first offers to get the deal done and collect his commission. He advised me to hold tight and wait for the right buyer. Ash exceeded my exception and delivered well above the asking price. My overall experience was amazing and that continued through to settlement. 10/10 for me! Thanks to Ash and the team!!! Job well done!!

Better than expected sales price for my investment property
Ash has a good knowledge of the current market. I selected him out of 4 agents who assessed the property, 2 of whom impressed me the most. However I chose to list with Ash due to his high number of recent sales and solid reviews from his customers. Ash sold the house for above the anticipated minimum price, so I was delighted. I will be approaching him again when I list my next rental for sale in the next financial year or two.
