Upon my first meeting with Ash I found him to be very genuine and approachable. His market knowledge was on point. Communication through WhatsApp was consistent every week as promised. Ash has a good knowledge of the current market. I selected him out of 4 agents who assessed the property, 2 of whom impressed me the most.
