I was so very impressed with their presentation and advertising of the unit, in particular the "Descriptive Narrative", they are so very professional. And the price of it all was NOT over the top at all, good value in fact! Ash treated my "small investment unit" and myself as if I was a million dollar deal, and they surpassed all expectations on the end sale price. This is one totally very, very, very happy customer. Last year I looked at selling due to my financial difficulties and was dealing directly with the rental property manager's advice - there was none, just sell! I then shopped around and found O'Neil Real Estate and the advice I was given by Rowen Wieske is now "proof in the pudding" folks!!
