Ash and his Team have been great to deal with in the sale of our investment property. The house was under offer in two weeks and we settled just over three weeks later! Which was fantastic for us. And we sold for near our asking price. A few minor issues with the property in the lead up to settlement were dealt with quickly and solved promptly.
