We had a few agents come and see our property before putting it on the market and chose Mark due to his great credentials (hard to ignore all those awards), his warm and friendly manner, enthusiasm for our house, caring approach (rather than coming off sales-y), and confidence in getting us our ideal price. What we liked most about Mark was his ability to see the potential and what we loved about our home. It really felt like he cared about our house and could see its worth. His first meeting with us was all about how to bring out the house's best features, rather than talking us through packaging and pricing for his services.
