I've had this investment home managed by O'Neil's Property Management for over 14 years so had no hesitation to ask them to handle the sale of it for me. Mark from their property sales department was given the responsibility to handle this sale and I found him very professional in all aspects with a wealth of knowledge of the suburb that the home was located. Mark advised me on what was required to get the home ready for market and coordinated this work with Elisha my property manager who organised their contractors to perform the work required.
