Mark handled the sale of my property in the Kelmscott hills. In summary, the whole experience was faultlessly pleasant, easy and efficient. Mark is passionate about what he does and this shows through in his intimate knowledge of the area, his understanding of the market and just the way that he engages enthusiastically. He made all the preparatory steps (paperwork, photography, staging etc) happen without me needing to do anything. His sales approach of only offering private viewings brings a more personal engagement with buyers, that allows them to experience a property intimately and without the pressure of other buyers being present. It certainly worked in my case. We had an acceptable offer within 7 days of listing that significantly exceeded expectation. The settlement phase in my case was a bit protracted due to delays with the buyer's finance approval. Mark maintained good communication throughout this, then worked with me and the buyer to ensure that the final inspection and settlement were done in a timely and efficient manner. He also helped out connecting me with people to look after the property in my absence, as I had already moved prior to settlement. I can confidently recommend Mark to anyone contemplating selling in the area. His reputation is well deserved and he'll work with you to get the best result.
