We ended up buying this beautiful property without actually viewing it personally. My daughter found the house for sale and dealt with Ash as we were over in NSW. He was very understanding of my daughter acting as an intermediary and made allowances for us to view considerably more than the usual home viewer. His comment that the home was better than the photos are now very true. Communication on our behalf was very restricted from NSW as we had no mobile signal in our rural property and again Ash was very good acknowledging and dealing with this fact. Very Well Done Ash.

Having bought and sold several properties, I have never come across a real estate agent that is as outstanding as Mark. From our first meeting he was kind, thoughtful, professional and EXCITED!! Mark is a natural with selling homes. He goes above and beyond the typical approach of photography and pamphlet marketing. I kid you not, Mark created this AMAZING Facebook video with his videographer which received a huge amount of success with buyers. It was fun and quirky, and really brought out the best of our home. I highly recommend getting in touch with Mark as you will not be disappointed. He also has many of his quirky videos on his Facebook page which are fun to watch :-) Oh and FYI, he gives gifts... very important :-)
