Katie was very professional and patient throughout the stages of selling our house. It was our very first home that we bought so it was our very first house that we sold. From the time we met Mel at the open home until well after we had recieved the keys, she made an effort to understand our circumstances and how we were going. Our experience with Mel surpassed our experiences with many other agents as she was extremely welcoming, professional and vastly knowledgeable, she made us feel valued and not as though we were just customers. In a time that was incredibly busy with major life events, and also a busy time of the year for everyone else, she was incredibly accommodating and moved mountains to help us achieve the outcome of purchasing our home. We were pleasantly surprised that all attempts had been made in all of Mels and Opal Realtys listing's to ensure an accurate representation of the properties, and photos were not deceptive of size or state of the home. We brought a home from Gabby, she was excellent. She wasn't pushy nor did we feel any pressure from her at any point but she was was uniquely skilled at balancing the vibe of helpfulness and friendliness which we feel is very unique as an individual but especially in business. Think (in the best way possible) grandma vibes with modern communication. Would recommend purchasing from her to anyone.
