We were told pick keys up from the secret harbour office . No one there to show us how to do gas start up previous owner took the dinner washer and did not close if the tap so floated floors. On our final inspection asked to have a lock replaced and oven cleaned nothing was done . agent went on leave and Mel one off the directors said she was not interested in our problems

We were interstate buyers and our first time to do it, which made us a bit nervous. Melissa made the process easier and guided us on the property both the positive and the current state. She was very willing to accommodate our request with online viewing that helped us decide and also guided us on the next step on being a new landlord. Her recommendations were very helpful. The thing we liked about Melissa was she was not a hard sell which we appreciated. She will give you realistic expectations and not just to sell. We used Mel to buy our first house in WA. Mel was 100% honest, reliable and trustworthy and a genuinely lovely lady. From start to finish Mel couldn’t do enough for us.. I would say even went above and beyond to physically help us move some heavy furniture. Nothing was too much for her. A shout out to Hannah too who also got stuck in.
