Well Mel, it was pure chance that we were to meet and yet I think it was all meant to be. You are not from our local area and I came along without a lot of enthusiasm to a home open of which was not what I was particularly looking for. A second visit showed promise but a subject sale in this market…..I thought was not an option. You managed to convince the vendor to give me two weeks grace to receive an unconditional offer on my place and it all happened over the next couple of days. Our Family is from the east Coast (Coffs Harbour, NSW) we have been looking for a house to retire to in the Golden Bay area for the past two (2) years. Keeping a close watch on available properties we came across a property that was being presented by Gabrielle Abbott from Opal reality the listing was clear and concise with photographs clearly intended to an honest representation of the property.
