I'm currently trapped in a two year contract with Orana Property Management which I would have to pay to terminate. They currently manage my investment property poorly. It has been one mistake after another, always followed by an excuse and a dismissive attitude, no responsibility taken. Their young team is inexperienced and incompetent. They do not communicate. They are expensive and there is a fee for absolutely everything. It's clear they care only about making money. When choosing a property manager please do your research better than I did, there is much better value out there! Insert BS here Orana, it's what you do best!
