A good experience overall. However these are the Improvement areas in my opinion: 1. I wish Orana is more responsive on the phone lines like they are on emails. It takes a long time for someone to answer and help on the phone. 2. I wish Orana sent some kind of reminders before the rent payment due date.

From when I attend the home open, in a very difficult rental market, until I moved in I found Jordan very helpful, friendly and professional. She took the time to listen as I explained my situation and encouraged me to apply. As soon as I lodged my application, I was kept informed of the progress. She offered me assistance in organising services and kept me informed as to what was required for an uneventful move. The whole process of signing lease agreements, organising services and collecting keys was a very smooth transition, Thank you to all the team! She is always respectful and pleasant when making contact and goes out of her way to ensure a positive outcome for both myself and the owners. Notice of inspections are given approx 10-14 days in advance and Jordan or her representative have arrived well within the agreed timeframe. While conducting the inspection, she shows respect, is genuine in asking if there are any problems with the apartment. She takes the time for a friendly chat to making sure I am still enjoying my tenancy. I am more than happy to recommend Orana Property Management, Jordan in particular, & her support team.

I bought a tenanted investment property and was unprofessionally dumped by the then property management company on settlement day. A complete silver lining, as I was then referred to Allison at Orana Property. Allison took complete control, organising everything by 5pm on the day I was handed the keys. The communication and attention to detail was way above anything I could have anticipated. Then my tenants broke the lease to move to their new home. Again, Allison organised everything and within a week a new lease was signed. A possible nightmare to a totally stress free experience.
