The announce on realestate stipulated that the property had water, gas and electricity all included in the rent which was a huge factor in deciding to apply for the property. After applying and upon signing the contract, the agent contacted me and told me none would be included in the rent and that I would have to setup account with each provider. This is obviously a huge concern and quite inconsiderate of people's living conditions and finances that are carefully calculated upon applying for properties and being locked in for a year. Communication with the property manager responsible for my unit over small fixes in the unit and information about the residence is far from being ideal, what I learned form our interactions is that they do not care about tenants. My honest experience so far with Orana Property is terrible. I will pay the invoices due, the rent and avoid any communication with them moving forward.
