This is because I've found Scott to be consistently helpful, friendly, reliable and very quick to respond to communication. He's genuinely easy to talk to and goes out of his way to provide great service. He listed my place for sale at significantly above what another agent from a different real estate valued it at, and then sold it at the top end of what he listed it at in less than a day. Brad impressed me right from the start by being prepared with a schedule of fees and with an overview of recent local sale in the immediate vicinity. He also turned up with time to spare when potential buyers were viewing the house. Having moved into the position of buyer this is not a habit commonly adopted by agents.
