State of the Art Resources coupled with a Fast, Painless, Professional and Courteous Service.
The house went to market on or about Monday 21st September. There were four inspections in the following 48 hours. We accepted an offer for an acceptable amount on Wednesday evening 23rd September. The purchaser was well qualified and did not attempt a protracted negotiation process. The contract exchanged unconditionally 15 days later with a settlement period of 35 days. Thanks Scott. Incredibly efficient, modern, professional and personable agent. Highly recommended.
