Brad was extremely helpful right from the beginning. On initial contact an inspection was arranged for the same day. During the inspection there was no pressure to sell, but to show the property, provide all relevant information and answer questions. Brad was friendly, approachable and informative. I was so taken by the property that an offer was made immediately. Brad was prompt is his contact with the owners to negotiate a deal. Whilst still at the property this was already secured for all parties. Instruction was very clear moving forward as to what was to happen. Brad remained in contact regularly to ensure things were progressing and provided any assistance if necessary. The communication with Brad was friendly, which eased my anxieties and worries. The entire process seemed straightforward uncomplicated and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with someone like Brad.
