Jarrad O'Rourke of O'Rourke Real Estate, showed excellent professionalism in the entire process of selling our late mother's home. He has an excellent understanding of the local market and its unique pockets. He was able to give us time and room to do the things we needed to do in sorting out a house with a lifetime's memories while going about marketing the property to his target market without any fuss. He was able to meet our price requirements through some agile negotiation and with a short settlement which was a bonus. We would recommend Jarrad unreservedly (and we already have with success) , to anyone looking to sell their property.

Although it was a tough market, Jarrad and the co-listing agent Elliott Kennedy were always great and honest communicators and I particularly appreciated Jarrad’s negotiation skills when we had offers presented. A genuine great bloke with an immense knowledge and profound understanding of his industry. Immersed in generations of both his mother's and father's families being influential R/E industry leaders in WA shows, as Jarrad is no exception. He has lived in the area and been an active community member locally for his whole life. I had complete confidence that Jarrad was honest, reliable, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, hard working, straight up, constantly thinking about, and truly trying his hardest to sell my property for the best result possible. While also making the process as stress free, informed, and easy as he possibly could for me from start to end. I gave Jarrad a difficult sell, asked him to get a good price, quickly, in a fairly slow, nervous market. It took some time understandably, the property having some issues that we knew could be problematic considering comparably priced properties available. Jarrad never lost confidence and his efforts never waned throughout. He was very considerate of my situation at the time, very generous assisting me greatly, went well above and beyond what I expected, never once overstepping the mark, genuinely cared, made the whole process seamless, felt like he was talking with a mate, not just getting another sale, and I greatly appreciate him and his team for all that they did for me.
