Jarrad is the best agent I have dealt with and I have bought and sold about 8 properties. We met and discussed marketing, fees and an appropriate price for the property I was selling. His presentation was very impressive and he was very confident in the price (higher than other agents I met) he thought we could achieve. I signed up and Jarrad went to work and kept me informed on progress. The property sold in about 3-4 weeks at a price well above what we were hoping to achieve. The documentation process to finalise the deal was expertly handled by his staff and he monitored the process right through to settlement.
