Great agent.
When we decided to sell our property we settled on Jarrad O'Rourke to handle the sale as we thought he would have access to a variety of potential buyers. It turned out to be a good decision as there were many viewers and while we were expecting a price to reflect the low housing market, we were pleasantly surprised with the offer and more than happy to accept it. The settlement took longer than expected but Jarrad liaised with all parties to keep us informed. We would recommend O'Rourke Realty to anyone buying or selling property in this area.
