Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our block in Karrinyup that Jarrad was selling. Such an approachable guy and we felt very comfortable discussing anything to do with the whole process with him. He didn't push us to do anything we didn't want to at all. Aside from the purchase he couldn't have been more helpful with providing us with advice for our build and plans. Would definitely use him should we ever choose to sell the property! I highly recommend Jarrad to sell your home particularly if it is has development potential, Jarrad seems to have the right list of contacts. My mothers house was sold at a time when the market was declining, and yet Jarrad was able to procure a buyer in a relatively short space of time, this the family were very appreciative of, taking the strain out of a deceased estate.
