Tracy was relentless.
We contacted Tracy after we saw she had just sold a similar property in our area, for a better price than several previous appraisals we had gotten for our property. Unlike those other agents, Tracy was confident we could go to the market with that price. Tracy was relentlessly proactive in generating interest from prospective buyers for our very unique combination of property and pet boarding business. Along with posting very well photographed online advertising, Tracy sought out and directly contacted prospective buyers in the pet care and breeding industries, generating a great deal of interest which resulted in many inspections, including one inspection on what was supposed to be Tracy's day off. It's hard to imagine anyone else would have worked as hard as Tracy to get our place sold.
