We selected Tracy as we found her to be very personable, knowledgeable and experienced in selling rural properties in our local area. We took Tracy's advice to have the property staged and the property was presented and marketed beautifully. We found ourselves in a challenging market with prospective buyers difficult to deal with. Despite these challenges Tracy always kept us informed and remained positive and focused on the task at hand. Our property did take longer to sell and at a lower price than we had liked but this was a reflection on the state of the market and rising interest rates and not on the effort and service provided by Tracy.
