Honesty can't recommend Joel and Liam any more highly. From the first visit to appraise Dad's house where Joel came prepared with his excellent market knowledge and evidence from recent similar sales in the area, to on point prompt communication and feedback from buyers from open houses, Joel and Liam were both so genuine and incredibly professional. Joel's guidance and communication through the process of open houses and expectations regarding sale prices was excellent. Our sale price and the time on the market were exactly what we had hoped for, and the photography and marketing was perfect. To top it off, both Joel and Liam went above and beyond offering their help both during and after the sale of Dad's house.
