The property was marketed professionally, the photography, copy writing and timing of release onto websites, was all reflective and purposeful and looked great! Once I met Joel I knew he was the right agent to sell my home. He was realistic in all aspects of the price guide and my expectations. However there needs to be a big shout out to Liam & the team, whilst Joel leads the team, Liam & the team where outstanding, there was never one thing that Liam was not across, from open house to managing the sale etc. Would I recommend this agent, definitely, as a team, they worked tiresomely to achieve the best result for me. If you want honesty from a real estate agent definitely go with this one!
