This sale was impacted with sub division delays and first buyer pulling out and aligning the buyer with the sale of their other property. I placed my father’s property with Joel as I had received excellent feedback from a number of people about his skills to market properties well, which he did. He kept me updated constantly on the status of the property and he showed excellent market knowledge. The property was sold quickly with no issues.
