My investment property was purchased and sold through Joel Osborn because I knew they'd deliver a marketing and sales campaign that was professional and built on their detailed knowledge of the market. I had planned the timing of this sale for a long time and it worked with my family's financial needs. The property was marketed professionally, the photography, copy writing and timing of release onto websites, was all reflective and purposeful and looked great! Joel, Gerard, and his sales team communicated very efficiently, leaving messages when I couldn't answer and ensuring I knew what was happening at all times.
