Osborn George gave us a very competitive commission price. Liam’s company was also able to conduct an auction which is what we wanted. Liam ticked all the boxes. Marketing was very good. This included good photos, copy writing and the brochure. Everything was spot on. Liam kept me up to date almost on a daily basis. This is so important when a vendor wants to sell. Cannot complain at all about communication. Excellent job here. Liam showed a lot of expertise in real estate. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and provided the service to bring it all together.
