Joel and Liam were extremely helpful and was there every step of the way to get the house sold. Being interstate, I had various concerns but they assisted me with everything from recommending a conveyancer to repairers. From the very moment that we met Liam and his brother Joel, we knew we were in the right hands. Liam and Joel became our ‘go to’ people when we needed a million questions answered about the selling and buying of property. Having owned our property for 30 + years, and being in our late 60’s, the matter of real estate was totally foreign to us so we had a steep learning curve to tackle. These guys made the whole ordeal into something that was extremely manageable. Liam then took over as our agent and hence became way more than that. He became a friend giving advice, sharing his sound knowledge as well as actually offering ‘hands on’ help by updating our fire alarms, as it was a challenge to us in our Snr years. Nothing was a problem to him. He always went way above and beyond. When we were feeling overwhelmed, his quiet unassuming persona assured us that we were ok. This in itself was so much appreciated. We joked that he could add ‘counselling’ to his prowess. He never minded us contacting him, sometimes out of hours, with any questions or concerns and always got back to us promptly. When we bought our house, Liam was as excited as we were and when we sold our previous home, he also shared our joy. May we take this opportunity to publicly thank Liam, Joel and their offsider Jerard for being way more than real estate agents. Together they are a collective group of professional, knowledgeable, kind and very caring individuals making up a fabulous team.
