This included good photos, copy writing and the brochure. Everything was spot on. Liam kept me up to date almost on a daily basis. This is so important when a vendor wants to sell. Cannot complain at all about communication. Excellent job here. Liam showed a lot of expertise in real estate. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and provided the service to bring it all together. I live in a different location to the property I recently sold and with limits on travel I felt trying to sell would present problems. I had no leads on an agent in that area so I picked Liam at random. I found him willing to work with me all the way. He listened and assisted with my concerns regarding all aspects of the sale and went out of his way to make the process easy for me. The property was marketed with a good photographic layout emphasising the positive aspects of the land and a well written marketing brochure on the agency website all of which was organised by Liam. There were a number of offers made and Liam negotiated an outcome above expectation. The property sold very quickly and I’ve been informed by the purchasers, from their point of view, Liam was professional and generous with his time and expertise.
